Taa Lease Contract Apartment Rental Laws In TEXAS - TAA Lease?...can Apartment DENY Allowing Review Of Contract Before Signing?

Apartment Rental Laws in TEXAS - TAA lease?...can Apartment DENY allowing review of contract before signing? - taa lease contract

Our apartment has a new owner. They say we must sign a 32-page contract, refused, however, please fax a copy to me send the first report. I can give him in his office at the signing period .....

Is that not allowed? Why deny my ability to consult a lawyer before the hour?
How can they force us to sign a new lease for a simple change of dates of payment of rent?

Is there an organization of tenants in the U.S. state of Texas, you can contact about this? I also believe that discrimination against people with disabilities can also subliminal part of their agenda, because the apartment appear to be concentrated communities in North Texas in the phenomenon, and wheelchairs are not considered as "their upward trend or fashion.

PS - who say that while we have renewed our contract in October for the rental period in February 2008, January 2009, due to changes in income, if the period from 1 Review 3/4th forced to make a full rent to play. The original contract was not 32 pages, whatever.

Sounds like they are hiding something. You have the right to review all documents before signing on. There are disputes between landlords and tenants of offices in the city of almost everyone. Or contact your local legal aid office for advice. They require a sliding scale.

Department as follows: say that because your money situtation remains the same money is that in the 4th as ever! Or make your final payment and move on. I bet that new leaders want to tack on penalty strokes for late payment. Luckily, I've owned for 6 years. Texas law is different in the land rights of Mr Tennant. It is the right time to buy a forclosed house.

To change the date as a favor to you? Or even for himself?

If it is a request of you, I say: "Too bad, I rest with the previous contract and the due date.

If this is your idea, I say, he can change the expiration date, if you want, but the 1 of each month to stay and not to sign a new contract, as we have already, by 2009.

They have a longer lease. You can not force you to a new character. If you have any problems on this topic, please contact a lawyer. Please Many lawyers who have come to a man put in a wheelchair against a discriminatory apartment manager ....
