Toothbrush Photo Does Paint.NET Have A Blemish Remover, Toothbrush, And/or Suntan Tool? If So, How Do I Get To It?

Some of these things can be done manually. For example, a toothbrush can probably be achieved through the selection of the teeth with the lasso tool and the increase in brightness. Could eliminate imperfections by simulating the skin and a little blurry.
These examples are very simple. There are more advanced, lengthy procedures are very complicated.
